Our Guarantees

30 Day Contract Guarantee

No long term contracts, only a 30 day prior notice to terminate by either party.

Lease Guarantee

No fee is due until PPM successfully leases the property. (Does not apply to the New Account Set-Up fee).

Eviction Guarantee

We will cover up to $500 of eviction court costs in the event a tenant placed by PPM is evicted.

Pet Damage Guarantee

Pet damages exceeding the security deposit amount are covered up to $500.00.

Rent Payout Guarantee

Owner payout is directly deposited no later than the 15th of the month (excluding holidays).
